I have only been collecting Sashas for about 4 years now. My first Sasha, a Gingham Girl, was purchased in 1976. I put her in my doll cabinet and thought no more about it.
My collection mainly consisted of early composition dolls,and hard plastic dolls from the 50's. I was also very much taken with Heidi Ott, Sylvia Natterer and Kathe Kruse.
